What kind of work makes you lose track of time?

Building or fixing something until it actually works

Mapping out a plan and finding the smartest way forward

Helping someone through a problem and seeing them light up

Dreaming up a brand-new idea and bringing it to life

Your ideal workday looks like…

Heads-down, making real progress on something concrete

Analyzing the situation and deciding where to place the bets

Back-to-back conversations with people I'm helping

Open space to experiment and create something original

A fresh idea or a creative way to stand out

Something actually built, fixed, or shipped

A clear plan and the smartest path through a mess

Someone who listens and brings the team together

A cold environment with no real connection

Endless talk while nothing actually gets done

No strategy — everyone running in different directions

Rigid rules that kill any room to create

Shaping the strategy that steers the whole ship

Making something real, with measurable results

At the heart of a team or community, lifting people up
